Are you a natural leader with a talent for process optimization and team development? Our cliënt is looking for a Supervisor Supporting Operations to oversee key operational departments: Marketing Service, Inventory Control, Returns, and Line Facilitators. 

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving efficiency, improving processes, and fostering collaboration across teams, all while contributing to meaningful improvements in healthcare.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team with a winning mindset;
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and act proactively to meet internal SLA targets;
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to standardize processes, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive continuous improvements (VIP initiatives);
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to optimize inventory, manage rework processes, and support business operations;
  • Data Analysis: Monitor demand trends and escalate issues as necessary;
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe, ergonomic, and high-quality working environment;
  • Employee Development: Coach and train employees to build expertise and ensure compliance with procedures;
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage team participation in CI, PS, and 5S programs;
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee production capacity, manage time registration, and provide accurate reporting to management;
  • Audit Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert during internal and external audits;
  • Strategic Execution: Implement local strategies aligned with budget objectives.

What We Offer
  • Salary: Depending on experience, €50.000 – €70.000 per year (based on 40 hours);
  • Bonus: 10% annual bonus & an annual 13th-month bonus;

What You’ll Bring
  • Education: HBO-level qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Leadership: Proven experience as a people leader with strong team management skills;
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities;
  • Improvement Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and process efficiency;
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects in a warehouse or operational environment;
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in two shifts (6:00 – 14:30 / 14:30 – 23:00).
