Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in the heart of the healthcare industry? We are seeking a Supervisor – Pricing & Tender/Customer Care BeNeLux to manage and develop our Tender, Quotes, and Contracts processes across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality submissions and driving value for the organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact, working closely with a diverse team of experts across EMEA. Your office can be based in either Kerkrade, Netherlands, or Diegem, Belgium, with hybrid working options.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team of 5 Pricing & Tender Coordinators, monitoring their performance and providing coaching and development opportunities;
  • Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and harmonization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and value creation;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, sales teams, and business leaders to ensure high-quality tender and contract submissions while identifying opportunities to enhance sales;
  • Regional Alignment: Share and implement best practices from other EMEA teams to optimize operations locally within BeNeLux;
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations for public and private tenders, acting as the primary point of contact for audits;
  • Strategic Contribution: Support EMEA Pricing & Tender initiatives, including implementing changes and supporting projects on a regional level;
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Act as a partner to stakeholders, ensuring tenders, quotes, and contracts are submitted and implemented professionally and in a timely manner;
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Analyze trends, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve decision-making and team performance.

What We Offer
  • Salary: Depending on experience, €60.000 to €85.000 per year (based on 40 hours) depending on experience;

What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Several years of experience in public tendering or procurement within the healthcare sector, either in the industry or health institutions;
  • Leadership Skills: A proven track record as a team leader with the ability to inspire and guide your team through change processes;
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects under tight deadlines;
  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a plus;
  • Procurement Knowledge: A solid understanding of the procurement landscape in BeNeLux and the ability to interpret and manage contracts effectively;
  • Resilience: Thrive in high-pressure situations, maintaining foresight and a solution-oriented attitude.
