Your Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Assistance:
Problem Solving & Diagnosis:
Customer Interaction:
Continuous Improvement:
Provide Technical Assistance:
- Deliver first-line phone and email support for service requests, ensuring prompt resolution within defined service levels;
- Assist with second-line technical support across the EMEA region for both internal and external customers.
Problem Solving & Diagnosis:
- Troubleshoot issues related to medical devices, computer hardware, software, and networks;
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve customer issues using database records and available technical resources;
- Escalate unresolved cases to specialist teams and notify management of recurring or significant problems.
Customer Interaction:
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers while delivering exceptional service.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on the latest tools and systems.

What We Offer
- Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 per year (based on 40 hours);
- Bonus Opportunity: Annual bonus of 5% and annual 13th month;

- MBO+/HBO level or equivalent;
- Basic technical or customer support experience is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent English is required;
- Additional fluency in German or French is highly desirable.

- Proficient in using computer systems and tools;
- A strong problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills;
- Flexible, professional, and calm under pressure;
- Eagerness to learn and improve, with a results-driven mindset.
