Your Key Responsibilities
  • Transactional HR Support: Execute HR processes and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, employee data management, compensation, benefits, and learning programs';
  • Administrative Excellence: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for HR programs and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • HR Communications & Systems: Maintain HR systems, prepare internal communications, and contribute to intranet content;
  • Data Management: Process new hire and employee updates, including employment agreements and personal record change;.
  • Process Improvements: Lead or assist in improving HR services, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and quality;
  • Project Collaboration: Represent the HR team in both local and regional initiatives, driving impactful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related field).
  • At least 1 year of experience in transactional HR service delivery.
  • Strong affinity for HR systems and process optimization.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
  • Based in the Netherlands, with a flexible approach to hybrid work (office and remote).
