Heb jij de ambitie om onze German Customer Service te worden?

As a German-speaking customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering questions about our products and services, resolving issues and providing general support. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide excellent customer service. 
 
We are looking for candidates who speak and write fluent German and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
This is a project for the months of February through June. 
Working hours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

 

Wat krijg je?

  • A gross hourly wage of €14.58 per hour;
  • Travel allowance.

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze German Customer Service

  • You are fluent in German, both orally and in writing;
  • You are able to communicate effectively with German-speaking customers;
  • You have problem-solving skills;
  • You have computer skills;
  • You have empathy skills;
  • You have some experience with customer contact;
  • You are flexible;
  • You are available for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 36 hours per week.
