Heros is not only involved in the processing of metals and purification of waste water, but also regularly has vacancies in logistics. Because the products are processed sustainably, there is a constant search for improvements and work on "urban mining". This gives employees room to help with the search process for these improvements. Approximately 85 employees work at the site in Sluiskil. There is an informal and cozy atmosphere in the company and we work with a personal approach.

We are very regularly looking for production workers, process operators, maintenance technicians and breakdown technicians.  Via the Wiertz Academy, we also train process operators at Heros. Read here the story of Sylvana, who completed her training as a process operator.
