These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, assignments, and other agreements of Wiertz Company B.V. insofar as they relate to the provision of temporary workers to clients. Any purchase or other conditions of the client are not applicable. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
