Why train together?

Training new technical experts, is super important in this day and age. Scarcity and an ageing population are the order of the day. The supply of good technicians is small. And getting smaller all the time, because within 15 years, many will also retire. Maintenance engineers... how scarce do you want it?! Electrical, E&I or mechanical engineering, it doesn't really matter. We train their skills modularly and tailor-made, based on the competences you need. This way, they grow as much as 50% to 60% faster to the level of a maintenance expert.
