With recruitment & selection, you post a job opening with us, after which we immediately get to work and initiate our proven recruitment and selection process. Our consultants approach suitable candidates, who are then presented to you for an interview. If you find the candidate suitable, you can hire them directly. You then offer the candidate an employment contract for a fixed or indefinite period, and you pay us a one-time fee for our efforts during the recruitment and selection process. This so-called recruitment & selection fee is a percentage of the full-time gross annual salary (including holiday pay) of the appointed employee.
