Career Solutions

Recruitment & Selection

With recruitment & selection, you post a job opening with us, after which we immediately get to work and initiate our proven recruitment and selection process. Our consultants approach suitable candidates, who are then presented to you for an interview. If you find the candidate suitable, you can hire them directly. You then offer the candidate an employment contract for a fixed or indefinite period, and you pay us a one-time fee for our efforts during the recruitment and selection process. This so-called recruitment & selection fee is a percentage of the full-time gross annual salary (including holiday pay) of the appointed employee. The fee amount depends, among other factors, on the scarcity of the specific position. Wiertz Career Solutions helps you find the best candidate in any industry.

Secondment

While temporary staffing involves a very flexible employment relationship, with secondment, we agree on the contract duration in advance. We recruit and select a suitable candidate who then comes to you for an interview. If you find the candidate suitable, we draw up the employment contract. Wiertz Career Solutions then becomes the employer of the employee. The employee is seconded to you for the duration of the contract. Both you and the employee have a notice period as agreed in the contract. You pay Wiertz Career Solutions a fixed monthly rate, and we take care of the entire payroll for the employee.
