We're seeking motivated individuals eager to make an impact in the world of online grocery shopping. As an essential team member, you'll help ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. From picking items and organizing shelves to preparing deliveries, every day will offer fresh challenges and chances to develop your skills.

What do you get?

  • Stability with the opportunity to earn a permanent contract through your dedication and hard work
  • Hourly rate of €14.79 gross per hour, including ADV
    Attractive Extra Allowances:
    • 35% bonus after the 9th working hour or the 45th hour in a week
    • 50% increase for Sunday shifts
    • Double pay (100% bonus) for work on calendar holidays
  • Special Bonuses for Department Work:
    • Working in the Fresh Department (temperature of +3°C) includes a 2% bonus. Don't worry, we provide high-quality gear like gloves, a warm jacket, and a winter hat.
    • In the Diepvries Department (temperature of -20°C), you'll receive an 8% bonus. We supply all necessary equipment, including a full insulated suit, boots, gloves, and a hat.

This is what we are looking for in our Orderpicker at supermarket warehouse

  • Ready to work with targets and work under pressure (average of 310 items picked per hour)
  • Ready to work at Fresh Department (temperature of +3°C)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Flexibility to work two shifts (morning and afternoon) and weekends.
  • Proficiency in English or Dutch
